Test of display:inline-block and whitespace

The following LIs have display:inline-block and margin:0.

Inline-block means the LIs are inline in the line box and so whitespace is visible between the last two LIs:

• no whitespace after
• whitespace after
• final item

In Opera9 and FF3, we can remove the whitespace nodes directly.

In IE8, the whitespace nodes don't appear in the DOM, so you can only remove them with innerHTML.
